Jewelry and Sterling Silver Stolen from Old Hobart Street Home

Hingham The gendarmes are looking for two suspects connected with breaking into a Hingham home on Friday afternoon and pilferage jewelry and sterling silver.

Hingham Police responded to a residence on Old Hobart Byway someone's cup of tea in regards to suspicious people on the property at 2:11 p.m.

The resident, who was not at about at the time, received a call from a neighbor who reported seeing a male and female sneak onto the property, and were last seen entering the backyard, police said.  The dweller then notified the Hingham Police Department and requested that they check the realty. 

Upon arrival of the residence, officers found pry marks to the rear  of the home and the the door locked.  The proprietor arrived home and confirmed that the home was broken into, police said.

The two suspects were described as a 6 foot lofty white male between the ages of 20 and 30 with black fraction, wearing a baseball cap and carrying a black backpack.  A ghostly female around the same age accompanied him.  She had brown hair in a bun and was wearing a red top and also carrying a backpack.

If the seal reads "MADE IN IRELAND" in a circumnavigate, the Irish briar was made between 1939 and 1948. These are all "pre-republic" pipes.
