 The piece is stamped 925 SP lion and allusive letter C.
The piece has four triangles to say IF YES YES and JA
both sides. My friend believes it is a coin arbitrator.

 I will not be able to give you the answer you want and you can never get one. .925 Silver is unsurpassed. The words on all mean the same thing "yes". Yes is in Spanish, English, French and German. If it indicates the very question of both sides as part of the arbitrator, it is not.

 Hi i have a coin/marker, hallmarked as 925 with a lion and a note c.
On the front it says yes/si/oui/ja
On the back it says non/no/no/nien
Could personage tell me what it is
Could it be a referees coin or a voting coin

 As I said it could be anything, but I have never seen a referees coin have that phrasing on it. It may be a token for a game or for answering questions. It also could be a non-public club voting coin for new members or the like. Solid luck on your quest. I have found out nothing new, after checking it out with numismatists
