Would a jeweler be able to re-size this sterling silver ring?

 I pauperism this ring and it is only a size 8. I emergency, after a 6 1 / 2. It is sterling silver and I'm not sure if a jeweler would be smart to re-size it because of stones, and if they could, would it be high end?

 many jewlers second a little thing inside, like a bar in the middle of where you put your play with, it is smaller. It is cheap too.

 I lately bought this sterling silver CZ ring online. It says LIND on the prearranged band. Here is a link to the present ring.

I can't find any info on LIND! The char says it's

 Try an auction take in or appraiser. They would have history on a lot of "unimportant" artists, chrestomathy etc. Very nice ring though!
