Can I change my gold earrings to sterling silver?

 I got my ear pierced about 8 weeks and I wondered if I could start to crawl earrings sterling silver instead of gold. The lady who pierced that I get to be filed one year, is it true? Also, when I turn, do I use the medicine or something?

 Well, it depends how your ears are emotional. I had my ears pierced when I was a baby and I was wearing gold. Since the lady told you to give to one year, I guess your ears are probably very sensitive. You can try it if you do not think your ears are impressionable, if you want really good!
