Saw a car with black number plate silver numbers - 4 digits all numbers - modern merc?

 Any sign that country - or what kind of plaque that was, it was a new form carefully deliberate on e350 I - Very rare to see such a thing in this pattern (South Midlands campaign).

 Most likely registered in the islands Conduit. They have numbers that the plates are regularly brought to England. Unique in the summer months. Have you found a plaque saying GBJ (Jersey) or GBG (Guernsey)?

What does it mean when u see a car that has a black and silver number plate? cheers?

thanks for your answers but i have also seen these on new-fashioned cars too like new mercedes etc... some one did have an effect me once that it meant they had immunity?

 It;s either a very old car - or unlawful. There are strict regulations about numberplates having to be in a gauge font, with regular spacings and to be flourescent so they can be seen at blackness and the vehicle identified at all times
