Does all sterling silver bracelet or jewelry have to be stamped 925?

 I placed a generation sterling silver bracelet for sale on eBay. I have been wondering if it is stamped 925. Was not that what is guaranteed. No. 925 is stamped. I am not a jeweler. It is very noble quality solid bracelet. What would I contact someone a question like that?

 Below is a connector to Tiffanys site with a bracelet I would like to resize. It's bit with many small strands. Please confirm any suggestions you can think of.

 You could do it yourself strand by strand, but i must tick off you , it is HARD work, or you could or the tifanny performers to resize for you , its the best way.
